Between now (getting home from work, sipping on a warmed-up cup of coffee to see me through the evening and counter the effects of all the antihistamine I'm having to take for the cedar) and when I need to leave for class, I have about an hour...
That's an hour to start dinner (only start - I'll get it in the oven and Tom or Kendall will have to take it out), move the laundry around (we've somehow run out of clean wash cloths even though I swear I just did towels), get my bank deposit slip and electric bills ready (ours and the Boy Scouts') for multiple stops on my to the college (I also have to get gas and drop the last Netflix movie in the mailbox.) Oh, and get the DVD recorder set up to record Lost...
This is a template for every Wednesday for the next three months...rush, rush, rush...but maybe at the end I'll have a semblance of a screenplay to show for it.
Updates...
Yay! Charly is eating again! He's back to normal.
Boo! Forecasters say we're in for another month or so of "cedar fever".
Ah, man! Tom has a couple more tricks to try on Tommy's car, but he strongly suspects we're going to have to just get a new engine (that brings the score to 2 new engines we need - maybe we'll find a special somewhere! Two for the price of one?)
