A week ago (has it already been a week?) at about this exact time in the morning, I was walking along a near-deserted beach, camera in hand. I snapped at least a dozen shots of this one little bird - so you can imagine how many photos I have from 4 days spent there with dear friends. It's going to take some time to go through them all.
But this one caught my eye right away... the sparkles on the beach and in the waves remind me of diamonds... of luxury... and to me, there's nothing more luxurious than feeling I have all the time in the world... like there's no where I need to be other than a near-deserted beach on a perfect Texas autumn morning, camera in hand, snapping away at a little sea bird eating breakfast on a diamond-studded beach.
