That last price reduction moved us into the sweet spot. We ended up with back to back showings, multiple offers, and a back-up offer. Price, condition, and location - they all work together and each one is important!
Location... well, you can't do much about that. Price and condition... you totally can do something about each, and that is where I help my clients, even in crazy markets like this one. (Disclosure - they are all crazy markets, just in different ways!)
